How do I exclude junk in el capitan smart mailbox?

I am trying to exclude junk mail in my smart mailbox.  The rule below continues to show junk mail.  How can I fix it?

Contains messages that match all of the following conditions:

Data received in the last 7 days

Message is not in mailbox junk

not checked:

include messages from trash

include messages from sent
